- Birth details — the full name and date of birth you enter for numerology, astrology, and zodiac readings.
- Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as device type, browser, and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Generate your personalised readings and reports.
- Manage your account and subscription.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, updates).
- Improve, secure, and support the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your birth details for advertising.
3. Legal basis (UK & EU users)
We process your data under the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the service you signed up for), our legitimate interests (to keep the service safe and improve it), your consent (for optional marketing), and legal obligations (tax, accounting).
4. Sharing
We share limited information with trusted providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and, where relevant, professional advisors. Each is bound by contract to protect your information.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal reasons (e.g. invoices for up to 6 years).
