1. Who we are

2. Your account
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions & one-off purchases
- Prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where required.
- Premium monthly (£9.99) and annual (£89.99) subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- One-off reports (£29.99) grant a permanent premium report download for the details you submitted.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
4. Refunds
Because our reports are delivered digitally and immediately, you expressly agree that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the report has been generated. Subscription payments already taken are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll make it right.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to harass others.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute reports or content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Submit false information belonging to third parties without consent.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, branding, and code in the Service are owned by us or our licensors. Your personal report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Nature of the Service
Readings are provided for reflection and entertainment. They are not professional advice — legal, financial, medical, psychological, or otherwise. See our Disclaimer for detail.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, save where mandatory local law applies.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
